CAVEAT EMPTOR: These precision die cut Polyfoam seals mount above and below to deflector vents to provide a friction fit on these vents. They keep the deflector vents in position when you adjusted their aim. Be sure to examine the jpeg of the new Genuine GM seals Doc used to repro these parts. What do you think zip used?

NOTE: 3952680 is the GM part number for the 2 upper & 2 lower individual seals installed on the assembly line. Number 359270 is the GM service part number for a long strip of polyfoam with PSA that you must but into individual pieces.
TIP: Due to the porous nature of Polyfoam, the PSA will not adhere long term. The addition of a small bead of weatherstrip adhesive on the hidden back side will lengthen their ability to remain in position.
