1956-1957 Corvette Deluxe 5/8" Heater Hose 4 Piece Set Repro Of GM 3134220, 3122777 & 3138551
CAVEAT EMPTOR: We have always had the best reproduction hoses and these heater hoses are the best available. Ask anyone and read on.
FACT: our hose was made in the USA by Plumley Rubber (a Div. of Dana corp) or Gates in the USA; not imported. I have not seen any other supplier identify that their hose was made in the USA.
It feature a Smooth Outer Skin, not the ncrs dreaded alligator skin. The skin bears prominent raised Ribs as per Rubber Manufacturers Association identification codes of the manufacturers. And these include those Rib Patterns shown on the GM blueprints which actually identify GM approved heater hose suppliers. See blueprints above.
SPECS: these hoses are double extruded rubber with an inserted cloth layer as per the GM Blueprint SAE Spec J20R3 Class D and are made in the USA.
No imported cheap JUNK !
These Ribbed hoses are precision cut to the actual GM blueprint lengths with their +/- .50" tolerance with Smooth, Straight, Squared off Cut Ends; no ragged knife sliced ends. There is no need to trim these hoses - they are already cut to GM spec length. Some may require a slight trim if your model is not Typical Factory Production.

GM Blueprints
This is a quality USA manufactured replica that matches the original ID, OD as well as length & SAE material specs simply because we had that info from the GM Blueprint. Our vendor is one of the OEM's & listed on those GM Blueprint of approved suppliers. Of course they have RMA ID ribs. View More Images (ABOVE) and see some of these heater hose GM Blueprint. What do you think others used? Don't expect them to produce any GM blueprints. I'd bet they referenced zilch, zots, zip. There is no tell tale noxious odor as found in many uncured imported rubber parts.
