CAVEAT EMPTOR: our quality precision die cut replica helps prevent the grease present on the pivot balls, molded rubber cups and headlamp pivot arms from escaping. On very old original un-restored models this grease has essentially hardened inside these 1/2 inch thick felts. There is little one do to ameliorate this hardness, short of replacement. None better or less expensive. Made in the USA, not imported. Does one car.

Felt is like bread - there are many different types and grades - F1, F2, F3 - F55. They vary in rag content and durometer. Our felt product is comparable to Genuine GM felts that had a very fine dense composition - and that is also strong and resist separation of the felt due to friction from the rotating steel balls.
